Swizzy Loves The Kids

It’s nice to see Swizz Beatz in the news for something not involving his divorce or his alleged affair with Alicia Keys.

Beatz was recently acknowledged by The Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation (CCBF). He was named an honoree of the Breakthrough Spirit Award. Tiki Barber, last year’s recipient. presented the award at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.

Swizz made an inspiring visit to the CCBF’s New York clinic and said afterwards, “I was really impressed by the dedication of the doctors and researchers, and the struggle and bravery of the children. It was a moving experience for me and I am very honored to be a recipient of this year’s Spirit Award,”

Soon he will be releasing a new track, “One Day” - all proceeds will go to The CCBF.
