Overcooked Beef: Taking It There

So it looks like The Game was serious about this feud with Hov. The Compton bred rapper has put out D.O.H. tees – yes, “Death of Hova” – pushing to keep the so-called beef between him and Jigga in the media mix.

Last we heard, The Game wasn’t about beefing with legends. Some say Game is trying to create a beef that is actually non-existent. We understand that throwing a few stones can be good for press pickup, but where do we draw the line?

Game’s Goon Squad

Twitter has become the source for picking up new information in the lives of the rich and famous, and The Game is no exception. Using twitter to announce his new plans to create and launch a new rap group, The Game is following Diddy’s plan for creating the next big thing and hosting a contest, “I’m startin a worldwide search for the dopest MCs male & female to form my new group ‘The Goon Squad’ send all music to MyGoonSquad@gmail.com,” said Game via Twitter. Him and his team will act as judges, deciding whether or not you have what it takes to hang with the west coast phenomenon. The chosen few will become The Goon Squad, the title of Game’s soon to be finished product, which will also include himself. “Don’t forget to include 3 photos of yourself & your best record or freestyle. You got 1 shot! All demos & music will be listened to ‘once’,” Game added.

Jay-Z Reclaims The Top Of Forbes

For the second time in three years, Jay-Z took the crown as the top earner in Forbes annual Hip-Hop Cash Kings list. Jay-z raked in $35 Million while Diddy followed up with $30 Million. Kanye West cracked the top 3 with $25 Million and 50 Cent comes in at fourth with $20 Million. Hit the jump for the complete list.
