With the hype around the Air Yeezy’s, Ye’ has the sneaker game on lock. With a deal with Louis Vuitton and Nike, the hood and Hollywood is filled with his presence. However, if that wasn’t enough, Kanye maybe tapping into Jordan’s franchise and putting his mark on Jordan’s Nike legacy. According to MediaTakeOut.com this rumor maybe manifesting into the truth soon.
“According to a pretty well placed source, Kanye is negotiating to design a limited edition pair of Nike Air Jordan’s. The insider claims that negotiations are still early, but that both sides are excited about working out a deal.”
The details of the deal or whether the deal is actually confirmed have yet to be released by either party. Will Kanye be able to repeat his sneaker success within Jordan’s rich history?Or will his flossy flamboyant style be too much for Jordan sneaker heads? Speak on it.

R.Kelly Responds To Internet Statutory Rape Allegations

A representative of R. Kelly released the following statement in response to an inaccurate report on MediaTakeout about a supposed police search of his house in the Chicago suburb of Olympia Fields.
“A wildly exaggerated and inaccurate report has been circulating on the Internet that Olympia Fields police showed up at R. Kelly’s house with a search warrant just before the singer left for his three-week concert tour in Africa last month and then searched the place looking for a missing 17-year-old girl.

“This is completely false. No police ever showed up at Kelly’s house with a search warrant nor was his house ever searched. It is also not true, as the unsubstantiated report claimed, that any such girl ever stayed overnight in Kelly’s house or that she had been there but left shortly before some mythical police search.

“Kelly’s attorneys will cooperate fully with any investigation.”

Did Hova Shut Down Brown?

Those of you were hoping for Chris Brown to return to the spotlight by tearing up the stage in honor of Michael Jackson, might have been dissapointed by not seeing him take the stage at last night’s BET Awards. Rumors are flying that Chris Brown was confirmed to put on a tribute for the late icon on Friday. Brown had even rehearsed for three days in L.A. for the show, however, once Jay-Z caught wind of this, he flexed some of his muscles, threatening not to take the stage if Brown had. BET obviously obliged and had Brown cut the morning of the awards show. This could have been the reason for so many Ne-Yo/Jamie Foxx performances. Despite the controversy surrounding Brown, there aren’t many artists out there that exemplify the dance aspect of Michael Jackson’s career like the Virginia native.
