MTV’s Haiti Telethon, January 22nd

MTV has joined in on the efforts to raise funds to relieve conditions in Haiti by producing a commercial-free telethon, scheduled to air Friday, January 22. The two-hour long fundraising program will be hosted by Oscar-winning actor George Clooney in Los Angeles, Wyclef Jean in New York, and CNN’s Anderson Cooper will broadcast from Haiti; and will include musical performances and celebrity appearances.
