Young Somali Pirate to Appear in NY Court on Piracy Charges

We are still don’t know why a Somali Pirate accused of hijaking the Mawersk Alabama and holding an American Captain hostage is being tried in America since the alleged piracy was non committed within America’s borders.
Teenager Abduhl Wali-i-Musi arrived in New York late yesterday to face piracy charges as one of the now infamous Somali pirates.
