Return Of The King

Tonight marks the return of LeBron James to the big apple for his one and only trip to the Garden this year. When LeBron heads to Madison Square, he gets met with the treatment of a fan favorite despite being a visiting player, reason being is that Knicks fans are holding out hope that LeBron will be rocking the blue and orange next year when he is a free agent. Believe that all the stars will be on that sideline to watch the reigning MVP’s only appearance to the Garden this year until (possibly) the 2010 season.
As part of LeBron’s visit, and I guess to rev up the hype machine to get New Yorkers believing he will sign to NY, LBJ penned this letter to high schoolers in New York. Tomorrow, Saturday, November 7th, LeBron is giving the “Gift of the Game” to New York City by opening up seven gyms for high school ballplayers. From 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, various gyms throughout the city will be open for you to play.

If Lebron goes to New York, that will be the dumbest thing for his career. Unless they revamp upper management.
