The Source along with Kiante the Sneaker Mann hosted its Back 2 School Block Party and Fashion Show August 1st in one of the most fashionable areas of the city, Tribeca NYC. The crowd which ranged from toddlers to seasoned fashionistas, all gathered for the music, fashion and community building project that was a major success for all involved. Multiple DJ’s rotated throughout the day, keeping the party going from 1pm to a quarter after 7.
The clear highlights of the day were the fly fashion shows with clothes from Pastry, Express, Rocawear, Forever 21, and several other brands that adorned the eye candy, AKA models that blessed the runway.
There were also several giveaways, including gift cards and swag bags from The Source. It was truly a family friendly event which all in attendance enjoyed. Check out more photos of the event after the jump.
