S.I.H.H.N - Glorious Smallz

THE SOURCE . COM : You started at quite an early stage, when was the first time you realized you could rap ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : First time I realized I could rap was when I was 7, my brother and I used to rap together, we formed a group and threw talent shows , he quit at some point and I just kept going till this date.

THE SOURCE. COM : As a young artiste, do you get some support from your family and do they encourage you in any way ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : My family supports me in every way, my Dad puts his money in anything just to help me make it to the top, my main support has been coming from my family and I am appreciative of that.

THE SOURCE. COM : Did the early beginnings of stars like BOW WOW influence you in any way ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : Yes BOW WOW did influence me in a lot of ways, that’s why he is one of my favorite rappers alongside JAY-Z, NAS and BIGGIE. This is because he started as a young rapper and blew out, he had talent, he touched on everybody even those who were not his age.

THE SOURCE. COM : You was part of THE SOURCE INDEPENDENT HIP-HOP NETWORK where you was published in the magazine, how has that helped you?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : That has really helped me a lot, it has put me with the big names out there so people can take notice of me and follow my career , and I really appreciate THE SOURCE for that.

THE SOURCE. COM : As much as you love music, you are also serious with your education, tell me how difficult it is to combine school and music ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : Combining school and music ain’t easy because when people know you are a rapper, they ask for battles, freestyles and autographs at school which gets you in trouble at times but I am not shallow, I do my best to combine the two and I have been able to win some awards at school, student of the month ( APRIL 2009 ) , honor roll student , just to mention a few.

THE SOURCE. COM : I learnt of your passion for soccer as well, which one would you like to be ; a pro soccer player or a hip hop star ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : I love soccer, I am part of my school team here in Delaware, but I would prefer to be a hip hop star because I feel I will have a bigger influence on hip hop, and also I love the fans, the people and the show business.

THE SOURCE. COM : After you make it to the top, it will be hard to go to school and do your music, are you thinking of quitting school after you make it ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : I love school and I am definitely not quitting at any cost, I am going to college , I have no intentions or whatsoever of quitting school after I make it to the top , its my dream to go to college and I will work hard to make that happen.

THE SOURCE. COM : Are you currently signed on a record label ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : Yea I am presently signed on SIEGE MUSIC GROUP in Pennsylvania that promotes my music.

THE SOURCE. COM : What are you doing now and what should people look out for from Glorious Smallz , any singles or albums coming out ?

GLORIOUS SMALLZ : I am currently working on the final touches of my album dropping in the summer, my singles will be out sometime in July, so people should definitely be looking out for that.
