Beyoncé has apparently filed a lawsuit against bootleggers who have been selling counterfeit items bearing her name near her concert venues.

The R&B hitmaker is seeking a court ban to prevent street vendors from selling unofficial concert merchandise outside New York’s Madison Square Garden when she performs there this weekend. TMZ.com reports that Bey is asking a judge to forbid the street hawkers from peddling fake goods anywhere near the building.
