Behind Every Great Man

Premiering on June 30 at 10pm, T.I.’s wife and former Xscape member Tameka “Tiny” Cottle will pair up with Lil Wayne’s ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Carter for their own reality TV show on BET.

According to the official press release for the show, the program will show the two friends as independent:

“Each episode will give the audience an inside look into Tiny and Toya’s lives. They take us on an exciting rollercoaster ride in search of independence and a quest to set the record straight. We watch them flip the script and create new business ventures of their own. They will be faced with real choices that will potentially change their lives and the lives of those around them forever. We learn why this magnetic and mesmerizing duo won the hearts of T.I. and Lil Wayne, as they win over ours.”

Are these leading ladies tired of living in the shadows of their high-profile counterparts?

Toya told Sister 2 Sister Magazine, “We do a little shopping, but that’s not what it’s all about…It’s just about things that we’re trying to accomplish on our own, like just us being parents, good friends.”

Check out a preview of “Tiny and Toya” on June 15. Another sneak peak will air on June 28.

I think that it is neat to do their own tv show in all and i am a big fan of tiny and t.i and i think that she is a good women for sticking by her man in his time of need because I had to do the same at some point in time in my husbands life when he was running the streets do it all from huslting to robbing and etc, but through it all I still stuck by his side and now it was worth it because he has changed his ways and is a better man from that and I hope t.i does the same and i wish you and him the best of luck, and i will be your biggest fan when you guys show come out. Yall do dat damn thang!

Wow!! BET wonders why Aaron McGruder makes fun of them with “Tha Boondocks”. This show is isn’t helping their cause. In words of Riley “dis some real Gay Sh!t my ni@@a , cut that out….”
