Mary Jane Legal?

One would think Mary Jane would be legal by now, especially when heroin had its freedom in the early 20th century when it was sold in Sears for $1.50. True story, it was sold in a little kit that came with a reusable stainless steel syringe, 2 needles and 2 vials. As brief as it was, heroin was still legal and marijuana is nowhere near as lethal as heroin. In fact, it is well documented that marijuana can be quite helpful and it seems Governor Schwarzenegger thinks that as well. The governor stated he thinks it’s time to start seriously debating the subject of legalizing, regulating and taxing the drug, a similar method that is used with alcohol. The legalization of marijuana would solve a lot of problems, such as boost the economy but in a time of a recession it would also mean some drug dealers and their businesses would be out of work.
