It was on and popping tonight at the Island Def Jam Spring Collection, a special presentation of the full super label’s roster. Held at Donna Karan’s West Village loft in New York City and presented by L.A. Reid, the showcase was open to a packed house of tastemakers, power brokers, key industry insiders and artists. The event also featured new videos by Fabolous, Rick Ross and live performances by newcomer Jessie James, Justin Bieber and others. Rihanna was in the building as was DJ Sky Nellor, Amerie, Dj Khaled, Questlove, Pete Wentz, BJ Coleman, Redman and Methodman, The Dream and too many more to name.
