I followed UGK since the beginning, even all the way underground stuff. They did compliment each other (Pimp & Bun), You can tell they never rewrote anything because of what the other said. They would let that shit ride. They are both legends and earned every ounce of respect. Its more than a movement with them, its a brotherhood they extended to all their listeners. I am proud say I AM AN UNDERGROUND KING! And I STAY 2 TRILL! Church. -Mac B.

UGK was, and still is, the shit. They created southern hip hop and quite frankly, few artists can match their combination of lyricism, street cred, REALISM (keepin it 100 ALWAYS), and veteran status. They’re some of the best that ever lived, legends. Bun B is a wise muthafucka, and Pimp C defined trill.
RIP PIMP C
