Free Mary Jane?

On November 4, 2008 Americans came out and voted on a subject that has been debated since the 1930’s. The people of Massachusetts voted to decriminalize possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. In Michigan, voters gave the chronically ill the right to use the drug.
The marijuana debate has become a big topic once again after a photo of Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps taking a hit off a bong surfaced. As most people know, Phelps was suspended by USA Swimming and dropped as a spokesperson for Kellogg’s
The stereotypical face of a marijuana smoker is changing as progress is made in the medical marijuana movement 13 states have passed laws that allow the use of marijuana when prescribed by a doctor. It is often prescribed to treat pain, sleep deprivation, nausea and loss of appetite associated with and AIDS.

they are attempting to make an example out of Michael Phelps, and thats unfortunate since he is such a talented being, and for something so miniscule.

You make canabis legal then you get another evil global industry like the tobacco industry.
Weed may seem all novel but what happens when big corp. begin aggressive marketting and find ways to create faster addictions ?

Who cares if bic company’s like big tobacco would take over the legal weed industry do you have any idea how great that weed would be! we are still only hittin the tip of the iceburg with legal mary jane but someday I hope that the only reason I would gladly pay a tax if it was on a nice fat oz of some crazy shit that was legal!!!!!!!!

OK. First of all,Thanks & Shouts Out to Source Magazine for bring this subject to light.I think reefer is 99.9percent safer than alcohol and tobacco,and that my friendz “IZ A FACT”! Out of all the years I’ve spent on planet earth I never ever Heard about someone OverDosing on weed.I ask you,show me (1) report about someone dying from Blowin’ BlueBerry Bud!!!!
