Dead Prez And The People’s Unsigned Hype

Tuesday night in NYC, Dead Prez and The Source and ABK Productions hosted a special Unsigned Hype event at Santos Party House. In addition to a performance from Prez, the audience got the chance to cheer and jeer for three unsigned rappers.

The audience chose rapper Tense (pictured right) as the winner. Check out photos from the event, including the Dead Prez performance after the jump.

hip hop hip hop ………………long live the dead prez. I remember these guys from the late 80’s early ninties, these guys have had a wonderful carrer. I hope they come to see H Town. Id love to jump off the stage in to the crowd. Sounds like fun.
