Err? Chris Brown Investigated For Assault

More Grammy weekend drama. Chris Brown is being investigated for assault on an unidentified woman. Yes, we are as shocked as you.

The incident allegedly happened after Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party, which Brown attended with girlfriend Rihanna.

While Brown has not been arrested, both he and Rihanna have just announced neither of them will be attending the awards ceremony. Both singers are nominated for multiple Grammys and were slated to perform.

According to a police statement, the argument started in a vehicle. The woman involved had visible injuries and named Brown as her attacker.

No man has the right to hit a female regardless of what they may feel. If that is the case then they need some counseling or something. Rhianna get a straining order and don’t believe his b.s You too can be a statistic . Domestic violence does not disscriminate

First of all, a couple of reports are saying that this is not the first time they got into an altercation. They say that they have a “vioatile relationship” and that it’s always been that way. Another source revealed that Rihanna does have a temper problem and does give Chris Brown problems. One thing people dont know is that they were already broken up for a few weeks and they were forced to go together, but it was when a woman was seen with chris brown that Rihanna started flipping out even though they was already broken up….

Here’s a new rumor about Jim Jones confirmed true by allhiphop.com;
I just read in the Rumors section of allhiphop.com today that Jim Jones is going to be sued by a team of 10 producers (including Twista’s in house producer and maybe even Needlz) that he jacked for his Bad Santa Christmas album. I also know from various industry sources including people @ Sony and E1 (Formerly Koch) that Jim is in some serious financial trouble and is on the verge of filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It seems since Jim was last seen “Ballin” a few years ago he had to pay Dip Set Leader Cam’Ron somewhere of up to $15 million dollars to get off the dipset label and from under Cam’s control. Well as you all know we haven’t seen a new Jim Jones album in years, and Jim has been forced to embezzle the entire advances from his Byrd Gang Presents Bad Santa albums as well as the new Skull Gang album both released thru Jones Family Productions/E1 Entertainment. Seems all the money allocated for these projects were supposed to be used for payment for producers and artists on the projects such as Tom Gist, Black & Shoota, Freekey Zeekey, Sen, and even Julez Santana. Now the IRS is looking into Jim for these unethical business dealings and a E1/Koch is wondering what is next from it’s newly appointed VP of A&R who can’t seem to stop “Poppin Champagne” but refuses to pay his artists and producers. This story was confirmed to me yesterday from an unidenified employee at Koch/E1 responsible for the labels finiancial budgets. Peep this story from today’s allhiphop.com rumor section, it just seems like too big of a coincidence:

About 18 months ago, we submitted some tracks for Jim’s album on Sony. As you know, Dipse t(Jim Jones and Juelz specifically) have the worst reputations in the industry for not paying producers. I actually was in the studio with Jim 3 years ago when I overheard him say, “We don’t pay producers. We blow up producers.”

Some 22 year old lame that Jim had collecting beats for him called us and said they wanted 2 of my tracks for the Bad Santa album. We told them what dollar amount we wanted and told ‘em to send the paperwork over. To which these lames asked if WE could have it drafted up. This was a first for us. We knew we were dealing with some straight herbs.

3 weeks later Chris called us up and begged us to send the Pro Tools sessions and said they had to rush because they had to turn the album into Koch in a few days. We told them absolutely not without a check and signed paperwork. 2 weeks later the album comes out and my 2 tracks are on it. They straight 2tracked the mp3s they had. Not only me, but they lied and deceived every single producer whose beats they stole and put on the project.

Twistas manager (he manages a producer who has a track on the album) and myself have hired a firm out of NYC. We have reached out to all the other producers as well. We will be filing a lawsuit in the next 30-60 days. A Cease and Desist made no sense since the album didn’t even sell 5,000 copies.

After numerous attempts to reconcile this situation with Yandi (Jims manager) and Koch(who says they cut a lump sum check to Jim to pay all producers), we are forced to sue. And yes, we know Jim got the position of VP of A&R of the urban division of Koch. Which makes this story even more f**kin ridiculous.
