Hip-Hop Legends Celebrate The Inauguration

In a bus patriotically decorated with a picture of the new President, The Source and Harlem Hip-Hop Tours made the trip from New York to Washington DC on Monday, Martin Luther King Day to attend the Legend’s Ball at Club 1223 in Washington DC.
Hip-Hop legends Doug E Fresh, Slick Rick, DJ Biz Markie, and Curtis Blow all performed. Celebrities Larenz Tate and actor/comedian Bill Bellamy were in the house to check out the show.
More photos after the jump.

That’s wassup…at least Hip-Hop was there to recognize and not just pop stars, but I think the Hip-Hop legends should have been at the balls and not just R&B stars…
