No Quiero Problemo Con Taco Bell

After 50 Cent filed a trademark infringement suit against Taco Bell, the fast food giant fired back with a countersuit calling him belligerent and arrogant.

In the suit, Taco Bell attorneys slammed 50 saying “Jackson has a well-publicized track record of making threats, starting feuds and filing lawsuits,” and calling him a “self–described former drug dealer and hustler” whose music is “associated with urban street gangs and characterized by violent, tough-talking braggadocio.” - That was way harsh, Taco Bell.

A while back, Taco bell approached 50 Cent challenging 50 to change his name to 79, 89 and 99 cent following the pricing for items on Taco Bell’s dollar menu, as well as rap an order at any Taco Bell location. Taco Bell offered to donate $10,000 to 50’s charity of choice and give all the patrons of the restaurant 50 visits a free meal.

The suit went on to state that Taco Bell did not use 50’s name or likeness in an advertising campaign but “because of the legitimate public interest in a charitable offer to a celebrity of Jackson’s stature, the Offer Letter was discussed with or provided to celebrity press outlets.”

Taco Bell says Jackson simply could have rejected the offer but instead is choosing to use the case as an “attempt at self promotion” and that he was trying to “burnish his gangsta rapper persona by distorting beyond all recognition a bona fide, good faith offer.” By Michael Ahene

I never really liked 50 he seem to arrogent with his sucess. Its like he frgot where he came from, if i were to see him in the street I wouldnt even pay him any mind, he’s like a regular person to me. His music is not all that anyway, he fallin behind with rap he betta step his game up.

50 is just an overgrown baby. He is still riding on a Euphoria that is fading out quickly. It is admirable that he finally made it after hustling for so long but seriously,he should avoid such -ve publicity. Taco bell will live on forever 50 wont. If he is really gangster as he says, he should let go of such b*****a** behaviour. MAN UP BOY.
