lyrically… lil waynes jokes, funny ass rapper but thats about it, hes funny got flow (kinda), talent sure, his beats are dope and hes fucking entertaining, but to call him one of the best rappers is in my opinion a disgrace to hip hop. respect to lil wayne for doing his thing and staying fresh, but where’s hip hop really going if hes considered one of the best?
