D’Angelo Releases Single, “Looks Great”
D’Angelo released a remake of his own 1996 song,”I Found My Smile Again” via iTunes Tuesday to create buzz for his upcoming album.
D’Angelo’s manager said, “He’s coming back. And he looks great, by the way.” We’re guessing she felt that last detail was necessary to add since the last time we saw D was in a mugshot looking rather beat-down and bloated.
His manager also confirmed that D’Angelo is in the studio working with Raphael Saadiq and ?uestlove.
The “Brown Sugar” singer’s next album, due spring 2009, will be his first since 2000.
